Mourad El Hebil brings a wealth of experience and passion to The Blue Caravan. As the former Director of the Moroccan Tourist Office in New York and Montreal, he has been instrumental in promoting Moroccan culture and cuisine internationally.
In New York City, Mourad made his mark as a restaurateur with the establishment of Darna Restaurant, which received acclaim in publications such as New York Magazine. He also founded the Blue Caravan Mediterranean Brasserie, further showcasing his dedication to Mediterranean culinary arts. His expertise has been recognized in numerous publications and esteemed culinary works.
